Our Learning & Development team supports all our employees in different training topics to improve their knowledge and competencies in order to enable them to enhance their skills.

Our leadership trainings focus on basics leadership knowledge and methodologies and help to develop leadership skills on the job. This training is offered in different modules.

Our development programs are focused on the individual development of our employees. Individual training and development plans are created for each employee, from our opticians working in the stores to our administrative staff in the headquarters.
